Components
- 2 tins crimson kidney beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 inexperienced pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- 4 crackers, crumbled into breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
Methodology
- Pre-heat the oven to 200⁰C/400⁰F/Gasoline 6.
- Drain the beans and mash with a fork in a bowl.
- Sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, inexperienced pepper and carrot and prepare dinner for five extra minutes.
- Mix beans, greens, tomato puree, egg and crackers collectively and form in to eight small burgers then bake in oven for 25 minutes till golden.
