Matteo Jorgenson aiming to ‘set the bar greater’ and goal a Grand Tour after securing second Paris-Good title

The sky is his restrict, that was the message from Visma-Lease a Bike after watching Matteo Jorgenson roll throughout the end line on a solar drenched Promenade des Anglais to finish a second consecutive total victory at Paris-Good.

After a dominant week which epitomised managed and measured racing, Jorgenson secured the yellow jersey with a gutsy journey to the end after launching an enormous assault on the slopes of the Col d’Èze. The Idaho native then time trialled into the streets of Good and tore alongside the seafront with the intention of catching fellow American Magnus Sheffield, however it wasn’t to be as Sheffield sealed a first-ever victory at WorldTour degree.
